Knee OsteoarthritisHip Osteoarthritis3 moreThis is a prospective, multi-location safety and effectiveness study, and data registry of autologous adult ADRCs generated by the Transpose® RT System in subjects with OA in the shoulder, wrist, knee, hip, or ankle.

Gait Modification for Knee Osteoarthritis
OsteoarthritisKneeThis randomized clinical trial will compare the changes in performance, biomechanical and clinical outcomes before and after a six-week gait modification intervention. Participants with knee osteoarthritis will attend in-lab assessments and practice, while also performing daily, at-home walking tracked using a custom sensorized shoe.

PINNACLE® DM RSA Study
OsteoarthritisDegenerative Arthritis1 moreThe primary objective is to establish the mean superior cup migration of the PINNACLE® Dual Mobility Construct using model-based RSA over the first two years post-implantation. The primary endpoint is the mean vertical subsidence (Y translation, also known as superior cup migration) at 2 years as measured with RSA. Additionally, the data from this study will be compared to historical PINNACLE® data obtained in study DSJ_2018_02.

FORCE-TJR: Improving Orthopedic Outcomes Through a National TJR Registry
OsteoarthritisAim 1. Establish a national registry of diverse patients of orthopedic surgeons representing all regions of the country and varied hospital and surgeon practice settings (e.g., urban/rural, low and high volume) to ensure that registry analyses and research reflect typical clinical practice thereby providing optimal guidance for patients, clinicians, and national healthcare policymakers. Collect pre-operative and post-operative patient reported outcomes (PROs) for pain and function. Aim 2: Develop new and transformative comparative effectiveness tools useful to both clinical practice and healthcare policy. Aim 3. Broadly disseminate surveillance reports for adverse events, such as implant revision, hip dislocation, knee manipulation, and identify important variation to inform quality improvement priorities.

Post Approval Study of the Commercially Available U-Motion II+ Acetabular System and UTF Reduced...
OsteoarthritisThis is a prospective, single arm, multi-center, post-approval study designed to evaluate the short and long term clinical performance and safety in subjects receiving primary total hip arthroplasty (THA) with the U-Motion II+ Acetabular System and UTF Reduced Stem.

Long-Term Study Of The Safety Of Tanezumab In Arthritis Patients
OsteoarthritisTanezumab, administered for up to 1 1/2 years, reduces the pain of osteoarthritis without affecting how nerve impulses are transmitted in sensory nerves

Study Comparing Peri-articular Injection of Bupivacaine With and Without Epinephrine
OsteoarthritisThis study involves research. The purpose of this research is to formally investigate the hemostatic efficacy of epinephrine to minimize blood loss after total joint arthroplasty. It is unclear if using intra-articular injections of epinephrine in total joint replacement is associated with a decrease in post-operative blood loss. The initial hypothesis is: the use of intra-articular injection of epinephrine is associated with decreased post-operative blood loss.

Minimally Invasive Total Knee Replacement - Navigated Versus Non-navigated Study
OsteoarthritisThe primary objective of this investigation is to compare the precision of long leg alignment achieved by the two types of procedure. The secondary objectives of this investigation are to: Compare the accuracy of long leg alignment achieved by the two types of procedure. Compare the number of optimal implantations achieved by the two types of procedure. Compare the clinical performance of the knee replacement in subjects who have undergone one of the two types of procedure. Compare the functional outcome achieved by subjects who have undergone one of the two types of procedure. Compare the interface radiographic appearance 5 years post-operatively between the two types of procedure. Compare the accuracy and precision of long leg alignment achieved by the two types of procedure 5 years post-operatively, i.e., at final follow-up and also the change in accuracy and precision between the final follow-up and baseline. Compare the Adverse Events experienced by the subjects who have undergone the two types of procedure.
